KARTING | Bezuidenhout Aiming for Top-3 OK-N Finish

Mikel Bezuidenhout, fueled by his recent experience at Red Star Raceway, is determined to secure a top-three finish in the OK-N national championship. His recent regional competition at South Africa's newest kart circuit has only added to his determination to claim another national podium this weekend, adding to the five he already achieved in 2024.

Ranked third in the overall standings ahead of the weekend, Mikel must compete well to maintain a top-three championship finish. His recent form, however, should help.

Speaking about his chances, Mikel said, "While winning the championship or finishing second might be a stretch, I believe a third-place finish is within reach. My strategy is to stay out of trouble and maintain a clean race. We've shown good pace in the regionals, so we have a solid foundation to build on."
